GNOCC-CCCC's First Cruise night of the Year Was GREAT!!
Our Northshore Cruise Night got off to a Rousing Start... We had over
 110 cars at my last count around 7:30 PM and there were a few more
 arriving after that count.  Thanks to all the members who pitched in &
 helped... Also, thanks to all who attended... 110 to 120 cars is quite a
 turn out... We also had a live Radio Broadcast by North shore 104.7 FM...

 Our 50/50 raffle was $450. We actually did a 25/25/50 so we could have
two winners. Pam Straub won $112 & Barbara Graff won $112.  The clubs
 share was $226.  In addition, we had over 45 door prizes.

 Earl & Marilyn Mendoza with Prudential Gardner Real Estate sponsored two
 Peoples Choice Trophies and the winners were:
 Corvette - Vic & Faith Giordana 1962 Corvette.
 Non-Corvette - Charles Saucier 1955 Ford Sunliner Convertible

 Tire Kingdom donated a $150 gift Certificate for the "Post Card"
 drawing. This was won by:
 Danny Knight of Angie, LA. Interesting trivia... Sal mailed out 148 post
 cards to people who registered at last years cruise night. 21 post cards
 were turned in for the drawing (5 from Corvette Club Members & 16 from
 non Corvette Club Members).

 This was our first Joint Cruise Night of 2002 hosted by The Greater New
 Orleans & Crescent City Corvette Clubs along with PC TuneUps.  The North
 shore Cruise Night will be on the 3rd Saturday of each month through
 October. Our next one is Saturday, April 20th 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at
Northlake Shopping Center Hwy 22 & 190 in Mandeville.  So, mark your
 Calendars... laddie...
